Green Is Getting Cooler

EnerG², LLC manufactures its primary product, EnerG² in its facilities located in Atlanta GA.  It has been producing EnerG² for close to a year and has seen rapid growth in terms of its market acceptance and penetration.  EnerG², LLC has also built a Reseller Channel in which it works with to leverage existing relationships of potential EnerG² purchasers.  The Reseller Channel is strongest on the east coast but stretches across the entire US.  Partners within the Reseller Channel typically consist of other Green energy or sustainable technology companies, refrigeration maintenance companies, consultants, restaurant supply companies and more.

EnerG², LLC also represents a complimentary product to EnerG² called Frigitek.  While EnerG² works directly to reduce energy consumption at the compressor, Frigitek works directly with the condenser fans and reduces energy consumption at the fan motors.  When combined, these dynamic products produce a significant reduction in energy cost, maintenance, and carbon emissions and increases food safety and equipment life.

The Power Behind Green Electricity

REC's - In order to facilitate the sale of green electricity, a system was established to separate renewable power generation into 2 parts

*Electricity produced by a renewable generator
        • *Renewable "attributes" of renewable generation

Renewable attributes are sold separately as Renewable Energy Certificates
      • *1 REC is equal to 1 MWH of renewable power produced

The Path to a Greener, Better Future

      • *Up to 100% renewable content
      • *Competitive market rates
      • *Green-e Certified
      • *Sourced from high quality wind power
      • *Meets the industry's highest standards

Madison Renewables focuses several specific efficiency solutions as well as mainstream sustainability technologies

Our efficiency solutions include Air Purification for HVAC systems and the TG Valve for water efficiency.  Our mainstream sustainability technologies include Photovoltaic, Solar Thermal, Geothermal and Wind systems.  Madison Renewables provides a thorough analysis and full project management capability throughout North America.

Air Pure

By purifying the air within a building, we are able to reduce the amount of air that is required to be cycled through the building, thus reducing the energy needed to operate the system.  Ionization occurs when air is electrically charged forming both positive and negative ions.  These charged ions are able to affect other negative particles in the air such as pathogens and other contaminants.  The result:  Cleaner air

TG Valve

Due to the fact that air exists within the plumbing and pipelines of any given building, commercial property owners are often receiving less water than they are actually paying for.  This is because both water and air pass through the pipelines and the meter that measures use is unable to tell the difference.  The water valve controls the volume of air measured by single jet, multi jet and turbine category positive displacement water meters, and reduces your water consumption costs by suppressing the meter measurement of air volume.

Madison Energy Finance

In the realm of Green energy, the cost of implementation is sometimes a barrier to what would otherwise be the installation of an effective and efficient solution.  The Madison Energy Group is able to overcome this barrier through its financing arm, Madison Energy Finance.  Depending on the financial scenario and organizational structure at hand, Madison Energy Finance offers several distinct solutions including Performance Contracts, Lease Programs, and investor funded deals known as Sustainable Ventures.  It also assists Madison Energy clients in obtaining any related utility rebates or government incentives that are available.

Performance Contracts

Performance Contract financing is a scenario where the total cost of the implementation is divided over time and monthly payments determined directly by the savings.  A full analysis is conducted to determine the cost reduction that will be achieved through the installation of technologies being considered.  Those savings are then scaled over time and the cost of the technology is subtracted from them.  This financing structure creates an immediate cash flow positive scenario for the client and exists on the liability side of the balance sheet rather than a capital expenditure.

Lease Program

Lease Programs are available through bank financing and allow the client to cover the cost of the implementation over time at standard interest rates.  Lease Program financing is underwritten by the bank and based entirely on the creditworthiness of the borrower.  As with the performance contracting, a cash flow positive scenario is created through lease programs.  This occurs when the Return on Investment period of the technology being implemented is shorter than the finance duration.

Sustainable Ventures

Madison Energy Finance offers accredited investors the ability to invest in Green energy projects that it manages all over the world.  These investments provide various structures and benefits and allow investors to participate in ventures that have a significant beneficial impact on the community.  The debt within each venture is underwritten by Madison Energy Finance and the projects are managed by The Madison Energy Group.
·         Each Sustainable Venture Investment is independent of any others offered by Madison Energy Finance and should be evaluated as such.
·         Investors are encouraged to speak with their licensed tax professional regarding the benefits of Sustainable Venture Investing and Tax Beneficial Ownership.

Vision

The Madison Children’s Foundation is a distinctive charitable organization that covers the cost of life critical surgeries for children in cases where there is either no insurance or the insurance claim is being denied.  Our Executive Directors work with the administration of various children’s hospitals around the country in accomplishing this effort.  Priority is given to cases with severity and time constraints.
The Foundation takes sincere pride in developing personal relationships with the children and families that it works with and strives to make a difficult time not only bearable, but triumphant.

The Foundation is a 501(c)3 business entity and is primarily funded by The Madison Energy Group which contributes 5% of its annual gross revenue.  It also accepts both personal and corporate donations as well and holds semi-annual golf tournaments as fund raisers.

Perseverance
In an effort to recover its funds, The Madison Children’s Foundation pursues the associated insurance company (when applicable) for subrogation.  Subrogation simply means that the Foundation fulfilled the insurance company’s obligation and in turn requests to be made whole.  Achieving subrogation not only alerts the insurance company to deficiencies in their system and policy, but allows Madison Children’s Foundation to reuse those same funds in an effort to save another child.

Our initial approach is one of partnership.  We understand that most insurance companies are very large and that it is possible for certain cases to “fall through the cracks”.  Our role is to step in before any further harm is done and recoup the financial contribution at a later time.  It is important to note, that The Madison Children’s Foundation makes every effort to avoid conflict when possible.  Should the insurance company continue to deny its responsibility, the Foundation takes additional measures to achieve its goals.

Our goals are simple:

Save the life of a child in need – at no time should a child’s life ever be in danger simply due to a deficiency in policy or lack of financial resources.

To have an effect on insurance policy protocol such that these situations do not occur in the future.

The Foundation also seeks additional special projects to participate in such as Ronald McDonald House, Make a Wish Foundation, and other special projects within the Children’s Hospitals.
